ALBANY, NY (08/16/2010)(readMedia)-- The Downtown Albany Business Improvement District (BID) and Downtown Albany property owners and brokers will hold the first ever Commercial & Residential Available Spaces Open House on Tuesday, August 17, 2010 from 12:00-2:00 p.m. at 23 locations in Downtown Albany. The event is open to the public. Many of the properties will have refreshments, raffles or giveaways and each location will have someone available to answer questions and/or offer tours of the building. Balloons and signs will indentify participating buildings.

Open House runs from 12pm to 2pm.  Participating properties will be marked with balloons at their entrance.  Representatives of each property will be on hand for questions and tours.  A listing of participating properties and a map with their corresponding location is attached.
