ALBANY, NY (11/20/2009)(readMedia)-- Kick off the holiday season with great dining and entertainment options for Thanksgiving weekend!
Marche at 74 State (74 State St., 518-434-7410) is offering a prefixed Thanksgiving dinner menu available to view at www.74state.com. Jack's Oyster House (42 State St., 518-465-8854) is offering a complete turkey dinner with all the trimmings to eat in or take out. Hudson Harbor Steak and Seafood (351 Broadway, 518-426-5000) will offer turkey dinners for pick up, but will not be open for sit down dinners. Dale Miller (30 South Pearl St., 518-694-3322) has several options for Thanksgiving Day. In the upstairs penthouse, a buffet will be served from 12:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m. for parties of six or more. In the main dining room, there will be a special discovery menu served from 1:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. Their Thanksgiving Package is also available to order and pick up (orders must be in by Sunday, November 22nd).
This Thanksgiving weekend, the USS Slater will be offering guided tours to the public for the last time this season, Friday, November 27th through Sunday, November 29th, from 10:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. Sunday, November 29th will be the last day of the season; the ship will be closed from December through March 2010.
