Eagle Vision 6 Rededication Ceremony

MONTGOMERY, AL (11/14/2013)(readMedia)-- The Alabama Air National Guard and the 226th Combat Communications Group will host a rededication ceremony for Eagle Vision 6 on Tues., Nov. 19, 2013 beginning at 9 a.m. Eagle Vision 6 is the only United States Air Force mobile satellite ground station.

Eagle Vision directly downlinks commercial imagery, and is a total force integration with active duty, guard, reserve, civilian and contractor support. The Eagle Vision team provides timely, flexible and tailored products, services to combatant commanders, first responders, and partner nations. Eagle Vision utilizes both optical and radar sensors to provide a wide range of satellite imagery products.
