Final Acts Confirmed for 2011 Grandstand Concert Series
ST. PAUL, MINN. (06/01/2011)(readMedia)-- The final two shows in the 2011 Minnesota State Fair Grandstand Concert Series are confirmed.
The Carnival of Madness Tour 2011 will make a stop at the Grandstand at 5 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 28. The evening will include performances by Theory of a Deadman, Alter Bridge, Black Stone Cherry, My Darkest Days, Adelitas Way and Emphatic. Tickets are $35 (general admission) and $30, and go on sale at noon this Friday, June 3.
Weezer will appear at 7:30 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 3. Tickets are $35 (general admission), and go on sale at noon Friday, June 10. An opening act will be added at a later date.

In addition, the State Fair Box Office on the fairgrounds will be open from noon to 2 p.m. on Friday, June 3.
