Whether you are concerned about the risks associated with air pollution and outdoor exercise; have specific questions about a particular lung disease; or need help and advice to quit smoking – the American Lung Association's HelpLine is there to provide answers.

Staffed by specially trained medical professionals, the HelpLine is available by calling 1-800-LUNG-USA and choosing option 2. You can also submit questions on-line by visiting www.midlandlung.org and following the HelpLine link on the left side of the page. There is no charge for the service and there is no limit to the number of times that you can call.
