o Summer leadership development program

o Youth ages 14 to 18 learn more about Kankakee County by taking touring area facilities

o Program is a partnership by Kankakee County Chamber of Commerce, Bourbonnais Township Park District, and Manteno Chamber of Commerce

• ILARNG leaders provide information on the Guard’s mission and career opportunities

• Future Leaders Program designed to demonstrate to students that there is opportunity for a strong and prosperous career in Kankakee County

• Media in attendance should check in with security at Army Aviation Support Facility front gate
