SPRINGFIELD, IL (01/07/2013)(readMedia)-- Lt. Col. Lars Jacobson of Sycamore, retired from the Illinois Army National Guard with more than 25 years of service. Jacobson was awarded the Meritorious Service Medal at Camp Lincoln in Springfield, Jan. 6.
