| WHAT: | • The Illinois National Guard’s Marseilles Training Center (MTC) will have a unit conducting explosive breach training Sept. 26-28. • Training will be conducted from sunrise to sunset. No training will be conducted after dusk. • Loud booms may be heard in the area during the training times. Local law enforcement and other local agencies are aware of the training.
