Judi Clements Selected as Distinguished Community Leader
Girls Scouts of Northeastern NY Honors Judi Clements
CLIFTON PARK, NY (05/11/2009)(readMedia)-- Judi Clements, President of Judi Clements Training & Development has been selected Distinguished Community Leader by the Girl Scouts of Northeastern NY at their recent Women of Distinction awards.
Clements joins a slate of 6 other women leaders who were honored at a recent dinner at the Desmond Hotel & Conference Center. The seven winners competed with over a hundred worthy nominees, all who have attained notoriety in their professions and who serve as an inspiration to girls throughout the Capital Region.
At the ceremony, Clements was recognized for sustaining her sole proprietorship Judi Clements Training and Development for over 23 years. Clements offers staff and management development training and keynotes in the areas of supervision, communication, wellness, and customer service.
She was also recognized for her volunteer work with the Domestic Violence Rape Crisis Services of Saratoga County, where she has served as a hotline volunteer for over five years. Clements is also founder of The Improv Club, which performs improvisational comedy for non-for-profits and others around the Capital Region. Her group often performs for organizations that are looking for creative fund raising events.
