Last year, Clements presented her first Compliance On-Line webinar on the topic "How to Prepare and Deliver an Effective Performance Appraisal". The new topic helps supervisors expand their ability to document employee performance, as well as, counsel poor performers on the job.

According to Clements, "One of the most dreaded management tasks is dealing with poor performance. It is difficult to face employees and tell them where their performance is lacking. But not doing so hurts the company and the employer and may result in long term legal problems."
