CLIFTON PARK, NY (02/11/2008)(readMedia)-- Judi Clements Training & Development in Clifton Park, NY has been selected by two statewide associations to provide training for their members. New York State Industries for the Disabled (NYSID) has renewed their contract with Clements to provide teambuilding, conflict management, and meetings management programs in Albany, Rochester, and New York City. New York State Rehabilitation Association (NYSRA) has initiated an annual agreement with Clements to provide training & keynote speaking in the areas of leadership, train-the-trainer, handling change, & performance management.
Clements had spoken at two annual conferences with NYSRA and received such favorable ratings that NYSRA decided to implement a calendar of training for its members using some of Clements’ most popular programs. In her 22 years of training, Clements has designed over 60 training programs and keynotes. “My clients have always driven my work. Often a client will describe a challenge they are facing, and I will develop a customized training solution to meet that challenge.” Once developed, these programs grow and become part of Clements’ training repertory.
Clements often works with professional associations because these associations have, as part of their mission, the goal of educating and developing their members. Clements’ training programs and keynotes help these associations meet this goal. Karin Thorne, Technical Assistance and Quality Manager at NYSID has said: “Judi has been an integral part of NYSID’s TIP (Training and Information Program) since 2005. Her knowledge, creativity, energy, and humor create an atmosphere where professional participants are comfortable interacting and sharing while learning about key business issues. Judi’s willingness to research and design courses that are relevant to our members is a big plus.”
As president of Clifton-Park based Judi Clements Training & Development, Clements delivers corporate training and keynote speeches in the areas of supervision, communication, wellness, & customer service.
