Local Student Audrey Wronski of Carlisle Earns Academic Recognition at Skidmore College
SARATOGA SPRINGS, NY (07/01/2010)(readMedia)-- Audrey Wronskí, a member of the Class of 2010 at Skidmore College, earned academic recognition at the college this spring.
She is the daughter of Karen and Todd Wronskí of Carlisle.
Wronskí earned a B.A. degree cum laude at Skidmore's 99th commencement in May. In addition, she received the Roy T. Abbott III '78 Memorial Prize, named in honor of an alumnus and presented annually to the senior geosciences major who has demonstrated the most enthusiasm and improvement in the undergraduate program.
She earned honors for academic work completed during the spring semester at Skidmore.
Founded in 1903, Skidmore College is a coeducational, liberal arts college with an enrollment of approximately 2,400 students. The college grants the bachelor's degree in some 60 majors, including both traditional liberal arts disciplines and preprofessional programs. Skidmore also awards the master of arts in liberal studies degree.
