Checks totaling $17551.20 to be presented to Capital Region Schools
GLENMONT, NY (05/11/2009)(readMedia)-- Media Alert: McDonald's Owner Operators of the Capital Region
WHAT: A unique single-night fundraising effort in McDonald's Restaurants in the Capital Region resulted in donations of $438.78 to the 40 schools which participated in McTeacher's Night. McDonald's owners will present checks to school representatives and hear about the programs that will benefit from the two-hour event held in April.
WHO: Local public, private and charter school teachers, administrators, and McDonald's owners, managers and employees who participated in the event will be present.
