More than 25,000 Students to Benefit on McTeacher's Night April 3, 2012
Rec0rd-breaking number of schools are participating in the annual event for Capital Region schools

WHAT: A unique fundraising effort in McDonald's Restaurants in the Capital Region. Participating schools will receive an equal share of 20 % of all sales from 4:30 – 7:00 pm at their community restaurants on McTeacher's Night.
WHO: Local public, private and charter school teachers, administrators, students and families, McDonald's owners, managers and employees.
WHEN: Tuesday, April 3, 2012
4:30 – 7:00 PM
A few schools will be participating on alternate dates at the same time
WHERE: McDonald's Restaurants throughout the Capital Region.
(List of participating schools and restaurant locations is attached.)
WHY: McTeacher's Night launched in the Capital Region in 2008, and has been a successful fundraising event for area schools. Given the strain on school budgets, area McDonald's restaurants are making every effort in this fifth year of McTeacher's Night to assure that this event will raise much-needed additional funds for education.
