2:30 PM: Conference call with New York State Insurance State Insurance Superintendent James Wrynn to discuss newly announced health insurance rates for 2011.

These are the first set of rates issued under New York's prior approval law, which is currently being implemented. Under prior approval, the New York State Insurance Department was given the authority to review proposed health insurance rates before they were imposed on consumers, and to accept, modify or reject proposed rates.
