Networking 7:45am. Program, 8:00am- 9:00am. Join NYCRAMA and Capital Region marketing experts, Paul Fahey, COO/Director of Marketing Strategy, Zone 5, and Mary Beth Wenger, communications professional for Health Research Inc., to learn how and when to best use focus groups; techniques for conducting them; and how to apply the results to your marketing strategies. Paul Fahey has 20 years of experience in nearly every area of marketing and advertising. He has conducted countless focus groups for a variety of clients from non-profit organizations to private industry. Mary Beth Wenger, also a former news journalist at WRGB- CBS 6, will share how she used focus groups to successfully test a statewide health marketing campaign and how the surprising results helped shape the campaign.
