ALBANY, NY (10/09/2012)(readMedia)-- The New York Capital Region chapter of the American Marketing Association (NYCRAMA) announces its November luncheon, "Managing Dynamic Work Environments to Maximize Marketing Performance", Thursday, November 8th, 2012 at The Century House, 997 New Loudon Road, Latham, NY from 11:30am-1:15pm. Join NYCRAMA and Kathleen D. Spector, PhD, Assistant Professor at Empire State College/SUNY as she discusses how marketing influences an organization's goals and objectives; drives the organization; the tensions this might create, and how to effectively resolve them. Dr. Spector has interests in organizational behavior, talent management, mentoring and spirituality in the workplace. Her research has been presented at international conferences. From this program, participants will learn how to: gain greater capability in identifying and managing organizational tensions which directly impact the marketing function; increase marketing's influence across organizational functions to accomplish goals and objectives; discuss practical marketing challenges and ways to manage those challenges.
