CSDA is Nazareth College's Chapter of the National Student Speech-Language-Hearing Association (NSSLHA). Last year, the club was able to raise $2,390 for the Cleft and Craniofacial Center at Golisano Children's Hospital at Strong and they hope to exceed that amount this year. Each year more than 200,000 children are born with severe cleft condition, making it difficult, and sometimes impossible, to eat, speak, socialize or smile.
