New York State Division of Veterans' Affairs to Close Offices on Friday, May 21, 2010

The New York State Division of Veterans' Affairs' Counseling Offices will be closed on Friday, May 21, 2010, due to the mandatory furlough of assigned employees.

In order to minimize planned disruption of services, the Division will be contacting any client scheduled for an appointment on May 21st to offer an alternate scheduled date.

The New York State Division of Veterans' Affairs will return to normal operating hours on Monday, May 24, 2010.

If you are a Veteran or a family member of a Veteran and you have any questions about an appointment scheduled for May 21st, please contact your local State Veteran Counseling office.
