PEF members work with community groups to enrich lives of the working poor

ALBANY, NY (12/12/2014)(readMedia)-- Leaders and members of the New York State Public Employees Federation (PEF), including parole officers and Albany County community organizations, will wrap gifts and assemble food baskets for families of local parolees who are working-poor, and trying to turn their lives around.

WHO:

WHAT:

Gift Wrapping for families of deserving parolee families.

This 24-year tradition will take place Saturday, December 13 at PEF Headquarters in Latham, 10:30 to 1:30 p.m.

There will be a photo and interview opportunity at 12:30 p.m. when a parolee family will pick up their gifts at PEF headquarters.
