PEF to mark 23rd anniversary of September 11 attacks
Union will hold a ceremony at its outdoor memorial
ALBANY, NY (09/09/2024) (readMedia)-- PEF will observe a moment of silence and remember the 34 PEF members who died during the September 11, 2001 attacks. The ceremony will take place at the memorial outside the building, to the right when you enter the parking lot.
WHO: | PEF President Wayne Spence and Secretary-Treasurer Joe Donahue will speak and the names of PEF members who died that day will be read. |
WHAT: | PEF will mark the 23rd anniversary of the September 11, 2001, attacks on the World Trade Center and honor the 34 members from New York State Tax & Finance and two additional agencies who died. |
