Renee Crane Commissioned 2nd Lt in US Air Force

CLEARWATER, FL (05/16/2013)(readMedia)-- Renee Crane of Capac, MI, was commissioned as a 2nd Lt in the United States Air Force in a ceremony held at the Joint Military Science Leadership Center on the campus of the University of South Florida in Tampa, FL on Sunday, May 5, 2013. Crane, who graduated from Clearwater Christian College in Clearwater, FL, on May 4, 2013, with a degree in Communications, was a member of Detachment 158 located on the campus of the University of South Tampa in Tampa. 

For 2012-2013, 2nd Lt. Crane received the CCC Outstanding Academic Achievement Award for the Division of Fine Arts. Assigned as a Logistics Readiness Officer, she will report to Ramstein Air Force Base in Germany.

Crane is the daugther of James and Rhonda Crane, residents of Capac, MI.
