ALBANY, NY (03/03/2016)(readMedia)-- "The Federal Department of Labor released its decision today to throw out the challenges made by former PEF President Susan M. Kent regarding PEF's Triennial Election.
"We were always confident in the members' voice that elected our team to office. Now, with today's ruling, we can finally close the door on this chapter in PEF's history and move forward in unity to work on the many important issues facing us, such as contract negotiations, membership engagement, workers' rights and our fight against privatization."
