The Albany Academies To Host Barnes and Noble Book Fair On December 7

ALBANY, NY (11/29/2007)(readMedia)-- (Albany) – The Albany Academies will host its annual Book Fair at Barnes and Noble in Colonie Center on Friday, December 7 from noon to 11 p.m.

The Barnes and Noble Book Fair raises funds to underwrite the Distinguished Author Series, and brings visiting authors to the Academies each year to introduce students in all divisions to the many styles of writing.

The 2007 Tulip Queen Amisha Gomes and her Court will be at the Book Fair beginning at 7 p.m. Lower School readings will begin at 6 p.m., and Middle School readings will begin at 8 p.m.

Vouchers must be presented with purchases, can be used by anyone and can be used for all purchases except for Barnes and Noble membership cards or gift cards; the vouchers are available at The Albany Academies’ web site located at www.albanyacademies.org.
