Three New Evenings of Entertainment Added to 2013 Grandstand Concert Series

ST. PAUL, MINN. (06/10/2013)(readMedia)-- Three new evenings of entertainment and additions to the MN Music On-A-Stick and Macklemore & Ryan Lewis shows are confirmed for the 2013 Grandstand Concert Series sponsored by Sleep Number.

Train with special guest Michael Franti & Spearhead is confirmed for 7:30 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 29. Tickets are $47 and $37 and go on sale at 10 a.m. Saturday, June 15.

Under The Sun featuring Smash Mouth, Sugar Ray & Gin Blossoms is scheduled for 8 p.m. Friday, Aug. 23. Tickets are $28 and go on sale at 11 a.m. Saturday, June 15.

Sammy Hagar's Four Decades of Rock with special guest Buckcherry is set for 7:30 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 24. Tickets are $35 and go on sale at noon Saturday, June 15.

MN Music On-A-Stick will feature The Suburbs and P.O.S in addition to previously-announced acts Trampled by Turtles, Mason Jennings and The Chalice. Presented by 89.3 The Current, this evening of music will begin at 5 p.m. Friday, Aug. 30. Tickets are $28 and are on sale now.

Talib Kweli and Chance The Rapper have been added as special guests for the Macklemore & Ryan Lewis show at 7:30 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 31. Currently no seats are available for this show.

The following 2013 Grandstand shows are currently on sale: Dana Carvey, Dennis Miller and Kevin Nealon from SNL (Aug. 22); The Happy Together Tour 2013 featuring The Turtles with Flo & Eddie, Chuck Negron formerly of Three Dog Night, Gary Puckett & the Union Gap, Gary Lewis & the Playboys, and Mark Lindsay, former lead singer of Paul Revere & the Raiders (Aug. 26); Depeche Mode with special guest Bat for Lashes (Aug. 27); 2013 Internet Cat Video Festival presented by the Walker Art Center (Aug. 28) and Tim McGraw (Sept. 2).
