SPRINGFIELD, IL (12/13/2010)(readMedia)-- More than 300 cadets graduated from the Lincoln's ChalleNGe Academy (LCA) Dec. 11 at the Prairie Capital Convention Center in Springfield. LCA is a military structured alternative school for Illinois' at risk youth operated by the Illinois National Guard. LCA is part of the National Guard Youth ChalleNGe Program. More than $38 million dollars has been appropriated to build a new campus for the LCA program in Rantoul.
