Alabama National Guard Proclamation Signing

MONTGOMERY, AL (11/08/2018) (readMedia)-- The River Region mayors and the Chairman of the Montgomery County Commission are coming to the Alabama National Guard Joint Force Headquarters to sign a proclamation that recognizes and thanks the Alabama National Guard for their service and dedication to duty. Along with the Chairman of the Montgomery County Commission, the mayors from Montgomery, Pike Road, Wetumpka, Tallahassee, Millbrook, and Prattville will be signing the proclamation. Major General Sheryl Gordon, The Adjutant General of Alabama, and Major General Michael Rothstein, Duty Commandant of the Air University, will be receiving the proclamation from the Mayor of Montgomery, Honorable Todd Strange. Some of the other attendees are Mr. Randy Moore, the President of the Montgomery Area Chamber of Commerce, and Judge Charles Price, Chairman of the Montgomery Area Chamber of Commerce and Colonel Patrick Carley, Commander 42nd Air Base Wing.
