Bailin will discuss how businesses are using social media effectively to connect with customers, how companies are changing their marketing strategies to take advantage of online opportunities and much more on Thursday, April 9, 2009 at the Italian American Community Center in Albany.
Bailin is a renowned speaker in the fields of marketing, sales, internet marketing, the new customer culture and other related topics. In November 2007, he released the book, Mommy, Where Do Customers Come From? Bailin has also written for Yahoo!'s search marketing blog and maintains his own blog, Connected Customers.
