Breath of Life Gala Promises an Evening of Elegant Royalty

LOUISVILLE KY (09/02/2011)(readMedia)-- Breath of Life Gala – A Masquerade Ball – promises to be a wonderfully elegant evening of royal entertainment, food, spirits, and company all in support of the American Lung Association.

The fundraising gala will take place on Friday, November 4, 2011 at 6:30PM at the unique and majestic CastlePost in Versailles, Kentucky. Nicole Pence (Lex18 Morning News Anchor) will emcee the event, which will include a dinner buffet, live music by Madison Avenue, a silent auction, and the presentation of our 2011 Lung Health Champion Award.

This award will be presented to Dr. Sibu Saha, Professor of Surgery at the University of Kentucky, for his lifelong contributions to the fight against lung disease through an extensive career in thoracic surgery and research.

The Breath of Life Gala is presented by UK Healthcare Asthma, Allergy, and Sinus Clinic. Other sponsors include Dr. Byron Westerfield, John Vanmeter, Rockcastle Hospital, and Central Baptist Hospital. LEX18 is the event's media sponsor.
