Financial Services Companies Partner with Women in Insurance & Financial Services

MetLife, Guardian, New York Life, Prudential and four other industry leaders support WIFS in 2013

ALBANY, NY (01/09/2013)(readMedia)-- Women in Insurance & Financial Services has announced that eight industry giants are partnering with their organization to support the careers of women in 2013.

WIFS is honored to announce that Mutual of Omaha joins WIFS for the first time in 2013 as an Ambassador level Partner for Excellence. Mutual of Omaha's partnership demonstrates their dedication to supporting women in insurance and financial services careers. WIFS looks forward to working with Mutual of Omaha.

WIFS is pleased to announce New York Life has increased their support of WIFS by upgrading from Ambassador level partner to Executive level in 2013. By supporting WIFS, New York Life makes a statement about their commitment to supporting women in the industry and their understanding of the importance of diversity in the field.

WIFS also announced that 2012 Corporate Partners MetLife, Prudential, Guardian, Lincoln Financial Group, Penn Mutual, and Northwestern Mutual will continue their partnerships in 2013. The ties between WIFS and these organizations are strong and important to the advancement of women in the insurance and financial services industry.

MetLife's support of WIFS continues at the Leadership level. Their top-level support has enabled the Association to develop robust educational programs, support women industry-wide, build a community of successful women in insurance and financial services, and continue the WIFS mission of supporting, developing, and advancing the careers of women in the industry.
