SCHENECTADY, NY (11/20/2013)(readMedia)-- The Friends of Schenectady County Public Library will offer a series of Table Talks at the Central Library, 99 Clinton Street in Schenectady. On Dec. 2 Glen Merfeld, Director of Storage Battery Manufacturing Operation for GE in Schenectady, will talk about the newest technology in energy storage and its applications. The programs are open to the public and are held in the McChesney Room beginning at 12:00 p.m. Attendees are encouraged to bring a lunch; beverages are available for a nominal fee.
