BEAVER FALLS, PA (10/02/2012)(readMedia)-- Representatives from Geneva College's seven graduate programs will offer an open house at the Regional Learning Alliance (RLA) in Cranberry Twp. on Tuesday, November 6 from 5 to 7:30 p.m. Those interested in any of Geneva's master's degrees will have the opportunity to talk to members of the faculty, as well as admissions and financial aid staff about course format, applying for admission, financial aid, locations and more.
Geneva offers master's degrees in counseling, higher education, business administration, reading, special education, cardiovascular science and organizational leadership.
Graduate programs at Geneva College are intended to equip professionals for principled and wise Christian service in schools, businesses, colleges and universities, for-profit and not-for-profit organizations and offices, and social service agencies. Earning a master's credential provides opportunities for greater earning power and professional status. In addition, Geneva's programs challenge students to consider the resources of the Christian faith for understanding and shaping the demands and opportunities of professional life.
"Many new and exciting changes and additions have taken place within the graduate programs at Geneva College," says Marina Frasier, Program Manager of the Counseling Program. "Whether you have just graduated with your undergraduate degree or you are looking for a career change, you will have the opportunity to discuss your questions and concerns one on one. And if you are a veteran, there will be a financial aid representative to discuss your benefits at Geneva-we are proud to be a Yellow Ribbon College."
