Geneva College's Symphonic Band Will Perform Its Spring Concert on Friday, April 20.
BEAVER FALLS, PA (04/11/2012)(readMedia)-- The Geneva College Symphonic Band will perform their annual spring concert on Friday, April 20, 2012 at 7:30 p.m. in the Metheny Fieldhouse on the Geneva campus. The concert is free and the public is invited to attend.
The 70-member symphonic band will present both traditional and contemporary works such as All Hail the Power, Glenn Miller in Concert, Allegro Barbaro, Journey to the Lion's Castle, Joy from "Awakening" and others.
The Geneva College Percussion Ensemble will also present a few selections from their upcoming concert.
The Geneva College bands are under the direction of Mr. Donald Kephart and more information can be provided by contacting the Music Department at 724-847-6660.
