INDEPENDENCE (02/13/2017) (readMedia)-- The American Lung Association in Ohio and Whole Foods Market have joined together to raise money to support the fight against lung disease and for lung health.
On Wednesday, February 22, the programs and work of the American Lung Association will benefit from a Community 5% Day at local, participating Whole Food Market stores. On that day, a total of 5% of the day's net sales will be donated to the cause. Sales are automatically included with no special flyer or coupon needed by the shopper.
Whole Foods Market is an active participant in local communities and strives to make a difference.
The American Lung Association in Ohio has a local office at 6100 Rockside Woods Blvd. #260, Independence. Their mission is to save lives by improving lung health and preventing lung disease.
