Krystina Pipersburg to Play for Clearwater Christian College

CLEARWATER, FL (10/04/2010)(readMedia)-- Krystina Pipersburg of Ft. Walton Beach, Florida was named to the roster of the Clearwater Christian College women's basketball team for the 2010-11 season. Pipersburg, a graduate and former player at Calvary Christian Academy in Ft. Walton Beach, is expected to play guard for the Cougars. Head coach Melanee Halstead's states: "Krystina is excited to be a part of this year's team. She is a catalyst that adds a quickness and intensity that will be an asset as she adjust to the collegiate level. I think that she will compliment the direction that our offense and defense is taking." Krystina is the daughter of Jackie Pipersburg of Ft. Walton Beach.

Clearwater Christian College is a division II member of the National Christian College Athletic Association. Last year, Clearwater Christian College posted a 10-13 season record and placed second in regional competition in Clearwater, FL .
