SARATOGA SPRINGS, NY (06/28/2013)(readMedia)-- Diego Sierra, a member of the Class of 2013 at Skidmore College, earned academic recognition at the college this spring.
He is the son of Elizabeth and Rodrigo Sierra of Chicago.
Sierra earned a B.S. degree at Skidmore's 102nd commencement in May. In addition, he received the Pamela Weidenman '72 Memorial Prize, awarded to an outstanding senior art major who has achieved excellence in lithography and/or printmaking while at Skidmore.
Founded in 1903, Skidmore College is a coeducational, liberal arts college with an enrollment of approximately 2,400 students. The college grants the bachelor's degree in some 60 majors, including both traditional liberal arts disciplines and preprofessional programs. Skidmore also awards the master of arts in liberal studies degree.
