MP Company Returns in Time for Holidays

MONTGOMERY, AL (12/21/2011)(readMedia)-- The 1165th Military Police Company out of Fairhope, Thomasville and Brewton will have a homecoming ceremony Friday, December 23, 2011.

The approximately 170 members of the 1165th left Fairhope in January for a deployment to Afghanistan where they performed force protection missions in support of Operation Enduring Freedom. Members of the 1165th performed their job well and many of the Soldiers received awards while deployed.

Members of the general public and media are invited to attend to help welcome home the Soldiers of the 1165th.
