ALBANY, NY (10/03/2007)(readMedia)-- Executive Director Thea Hoeth enjoys the first of many apple pies to be eaten around the Capital District Friday October 5, through Sunday, October 7, 2007. Proceeds from apple pie sales sold in all Co’-op’s restaurants will be donated to To Life!, a non-profit organizations providing breast cancer education and support.
