ALBANY, NY (05/07/2019) (readMedia)-- Members of the New York State Public Employees Federation (PEF) will rally in support of Tony Otto, a 51-year-old quadriplegic man residing in a residential home operated by the Central New York Developmental Disabilities Services Office, and others like him, carrying a message to the state Office of People with Developmental Disabilities (OPWDD) to stop cutting vital services for New York's most vulnerable citizens. PEF Vice President Randi DiAntonio and Tony's family will be available to speak with reporters.
