PEF to join 50501 Movement Day of Action rally, march

ROCHESTER, NY (04/17/2025) (readMedia)-- As part of a National Day of Action, members and leaders of the New York State Public Employees Federation (PEF) will take part in the Rise Up & Reach Out Day of Action and Peaceful Demonstration from noon to 2 p.m. April 19 at the Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Park, 353 Court Street, Rochester. PEF Vice President Randi DiAntonio will speak out against anti-union attacks and public services in jeopardy and the event will include a food pantry drive for St. Peter's Kitchen, as well as tabling by community activists and outreach organizations. A half-mile march will begin at 1 p.m.

WHO:
