Paycheck delay unfair to PEF members

ALBANY, NY (03/31/2020) (readMedia)-- New York State Public Employees Federation (PEF) President Wayne Spence says PEF members deserve to be paid on time. Spence will hold a press conference on the steps of the State Capitol in Albany at noon April 1.
