Pumpkin Smash at Liberty Ridge Farm

SCHAGHTICOKE, NY (11/08/2014)(readMedia)-- Oooey Goooey Pumpkin Destruction Mayhem leads up to Veterans Day Season finale at Liberty Ridge Farm, in Schaghticoke, NY.

The fall days have been jam packed with food, fun and adventures. This Saturday though oooey gooey mayhem is set to begin for the last weekend of the Fall Festival at one area farm in the Capital Region. On Saturday, November 8th friends and families of all ages are invited to the 2nd Annual Pumpkin Smash at Liberty Ridge Farm. The Pumpkin Smash displays wildly creative and fun ways to smash pumpkins. The oooey gooey shows run at 12:15, 2:15 and 4:15pm. Pumpkin mayhem shows off several methods of pumpkin destruction , such as a giant sledge hammer smash and a 40 foot pumpkin drop. The pumpkin mayhem immediately follows after the scheduled pumpkin cannon shows.

Season Ending Special – Veterans Day 11/11 – Vets and their family are admission free!! Weather permitting the Gifford Family will end the 2014 Festival Season with special day for Veterans. Tuesday 11/11 in honor of Veterans and Veteran's Families, all Veterans with ID will receive complimentary general admission for themselves and their family members.

Liberty Ridge Farm is the Northeast's premier agri-tourism destination and home of the Largest Haunted attraction in the Capital Region. Now in their 15th Season offering entertainment for all ages. Beginning on September 20th the Fall Festival opens and continues until November 11th, 2014.
