LOUISVILLE KY (11/15/2011)(readMedia)-- The American Lung Association's 2012 Golf Tour Book is a gift that will save both lives and dollars throughout the coming year.

The popular booklet includes discounts on over 5000 rounds of golf. More than 470 fine courses in Kentucky, Indiana, Tennessee and several other states are participating in the 2012 program. All proceeds benefit the American Lung Association in support of the fight against lung disease.

Many participating courses allow each book holder to play multiple rounds; some permit one round a month; and 132 clubs allow unlimited play. The book also includes numerous driving range discounts.

Proceeds support medical research, community health programs, advocacy and services for people suffering from lung ailments.

The books may be purchased for $35 a piece or $105 for four: a buy-three, get-one-free foursome special. Orders placed now will be filled in time for holiday giving.
