The New York Capital Region chapter of the American Marketing Association (NYCRAMA) announces the July AMA breakfast roundtable, "Getting Real in the Virtual World: The Do's and Don'ts of Social Media." Guest speakers Amy Mengel and Nancy McKiernan will bust myths about social media etiquette, and provide tips to maximize visibility and effectiveness on Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, blogs and more.
WHO: Amy Mengel, founder of Social Media Breakfast Tech Valley and head of inbound marketing for readMedia. Amy is a social media guru and writes extensively about all things 2.0. Joining her will be Nancy McKiernan, owner of the web and design firm Charles Street Studio, who over the past 10 years has designed dozens of web sites and immersed herself in social media.
