Southern California University of Health Sciences’ Chief of Staff Sackett Named to ACA Publications Board

WHITTIER, CA (10/08/2008)(readMedia)-- Southern California University of Health Sciences (SCU) Chief of Staff Michael Sackett, DC, DABCO, has been named to the Publications Board for the American Chiropractic Association (ACA). ACA publications include: ACA News, Journal of the American Chiropractic Association (JACA), and Journal of Manipulative and Physiological Therapeutics (JMPT).

Todd Knudsen, DC, DACBR, Dean of the Los Angeles College of Chiropractic (LACC) at SCU echoes the sentiments of the campus community, "We are very proud of Dr. Sackett for his appointment - this is just another feather in his cap."

ACA News is the monthly magazine of the ACA, with timely information about national legislative, insurance, practice, and media-related issues that affect doctors of chiropractic. JACA is a peer-reviewed, primary source journal that is dedicated to the advancement of chiropractic health care principles and practice. JMPT is the chiropractic profession's pre-eminent research journal, and is owned by National University of Health Sciences and published by Elsevier.
