Taylor School Welcomes Local Author

Nancy Castaldo and Erica Pelton Villnave attend Pajama Read-In Day

TROY, NY (05/05/2011)(readMedia)-- The students of The Susan Odell Taylor School are hosting two authors at the school for their Pajama Read-In Day. Students will come to school dressed in their pajamas and read in various settings throughout the school day.

Award winning author, Nancy Castaldo will be in attendance from 10:00am until 11:45am. At 10:00, she will read and talk to the preschool, prekindergarten and kindergarten classes and then at 10:45am to grades 1-6.

A pancake, bacon and orange juice lunch will follow from 12-1:00pm.

Local author, Erica Pelton Villnave, of Troy, NY will read her book, "Sophie's Lovely Locks". The author donates a portion of the proceeds from her book sales to a hair donation program that benefits children. She will read and talk to the students from 1:15pm until 3:00pm.
