SCHAGHTICOKE, NY (09/20/2014)(readMedia)-- The Capital Region's Fall family fun festival begins Sept 20th at Liberty Ridge Farm as they open for their 15th fall season.

Frost warnings bring about changing leaves and vintage healthy outdoor activities for families to stay active during the harvest season! The farm will soon be alive with the sounds of laughter from the young and young at heart. Liberty Ridge Farm is a fall attraction that gets children and families jumping, getting lost and found and sliding down!

Liberty Ridge Farm is located in Schaghticoke, the farm has 100 acres packed with Cornfield Mazes, Barnyard games and hands-on activities that run during the day and night through November. As the leaves begin to carpet the ground, the farm has more than just one reason to make the journey to enjoy delicious food, shows, picking pumpkins or warming up by the crackling campfires.

Cynthia Gifford, Owner of Liberty Ridge Farm says, "Our cornfield maze design celebrate's our 15 years of growing memories with Capital Region friends and families. Our cornmazes have 2 phases, we have a phase that takes 15 minutes and one that takes 30-40 minutes. Each harvest season we invite thousands of people to come out and intentionally get lost in our cornfield mazes."

Liberty Ridge Farm is the Northeast's premier agri-tourism destination. Now in their 15th Season offering entertainment for all ages. The farm has expanded to offer a variety of events, and vintage fall family fun with a down to earth rustic charm . The farm's fall festival offers over 20 hands on activities, 2 cornfield mazes, pumpkin picking, daily shows, apple cider donuts and an amazing jumping pillow. The farm can be used as a venue for fund-raising, corporate events, social gatherings, company picnics, school educational field trips, wedding receptions, sweet sixteen parties and more. Beginning on September 20th the Fall Festival opens and continues until November 11th, 2014.
