Three New Evenings of Entertainment Added to 2013 Grandstand Concert Series

ST. PAUL, MINN. (05/08/2013)(readMedia)-- Three new evenings of entertainment are confirmed for the 2013 Grandstand Concert Series sponsored by Sleep Number.

The Happy Together Tour 2013 featuring The Turtles with Flo & Eddie, Chuck Negron formerly of Three Dog Night, Gary Puckett & the Union Gap, Gary Lewis & the Playboys, and Mark Lindsay (former lead singer of Paul Revere & the Raiders) is scheduled for 8 p.m. Monday, Aug. 26. Tickets are $21 and go on sale at 10 a.m. Saturday, May 18.

Dana Carvey, Dennis Miller and Kevin Nealon from SNL are confirmed for 8 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 22. Tickets are $38 and go on sale at 11 a.m. Saturday, May 18.

MN Music On-A-Stick featuring Trampled by Turtles, Mason Jennings and The Chalice is scheduled to begin at 5 p.m. Friday, Aug. 30. Additional artists will be added to this show at a later date. Tickets are $28 and go on sale at noon Saturday, May 18.

In addition, tickets may be purchased at the State Fairgrounds Box Office during a special limited-time opening from 10 a.m. until 1 p.m. on Saturday, May 18. Regular box office hours begin in June. The following 2013 Grandstand shows are currently on sale: Depeche Mode with special guest Bat for Lashes (Aug. 27), 2013 Internet Cat Video Festival presented by the Walker Art Center (Aug. 28), Macklemore & Ryan Lewis (Aug. 31) and Tim McGraw (Sept. 2).
