CLIFTON PARK, NY (07/20/2007)(readMedia)-- Judi Clements, of Judi Clements Training & Development in Clifton Park, NY was selected by the Empire State Association of Assisted Living to present her original training workshop Turning Employees into Winners through Motivation & Coaching at their annual conference and trade show at the Sagamore Hotel in Bolton Landing.

Clements shared her research on best practices in workplace motivation and coaching. She discussed the difference between intrinsic and extrinsic motivators and how to use feedback and coaching to improve performance Participants took part in a number on hands-on-activities, in Clements’ signature Laugh & Learn training style. “I try to see the humor in even the most stressful workplace situations and try to help my audiences do the same,” Clements says. “A good manager knows employees respond best to encouragement and humor.”
