Upper Hudson Planned Parenthood announces the election of four new members to its Board of Directors: Sara Oberst of Troy, NY, Health Program Administrator for the HIV Uninsured Care Program at the New York State Department of Health; Laura Turnblom of Kinderhook, NY, Attorney, Malkin & Ross; Lara Kassel of Albany, NY, Coordinator for Medicaid Matters NY, Center for Disability Rights; and Virginia Martin of Claverack, NY, Democratic Election Commissioner for Columbia County.
